Give staff members access to your Blaze Sites dashboard with role-specific permissions.
Inviting a team member
Go to Staff → [Member] → Dashboard Access → Grant Access.
They'll receive a Discord notification with a link to accept the invitation. Once accepted, they can log in with their Discord account.
Permission levels
| Level | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Viewer | View dashboard, read submissions, no editing |
| Moderator | Approve/deny applications, moderate gallery and comments |
| Editor | All moderator permissions + edit pages, news, rules, staff |
| Admin | All editor permissions + manage settings, billing view |
| Owner | Full access to everything including billing and domain |
Revoking access
Go to Staff → [Member] → Dashboard Access → Revoke. The member can no longer log in immediately.
Audit log
Every action taken by team members is logged in Settings → Audit Log. The log shows who did what and when, and is retained for:
- 30 days on Blaze
- 365 days on Blaze+
- Unlimited on Blaze++
