Staff Directory

The Staff Directory displays your community's team on the Staff page.
Adding staff members
Go to Staff in your dashboard sidebar, then click + Add member.
Each staff member has:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Discord ID | Used to pull their avatar and username automatically |
| In-game name | Character or roleplay name |
| Real name | Optional display name |
| Role / Title | Shown on their card (e.g. "Senior Admin") |
| Division | Group for organizing the directory (e.g. "Police Command") |
| Bio | Short description, shown on hover or expanded card |
| Join date | When they joined the team |
Organizing with divisions
Divisions group staff cards under a header label. Create divisions from Staff → Divisions.
Example structure:
LEADERSHIP
Owner · Co-Owner
ADMINISTRATION
Senior Admin · Admin · Junior Admin
POLICE COMMAND
Chief · Deputy Chief · Captain
MODERATION
Senior Moderator · Moderator
Drag divisions to reorder. Drag members between divisions.
Discord status dots
When a staff member's Discord ID is linked, their card shows a live Discord status dot:
- 🟢 Online
- 🟡 Idle
- 🔴 Do Not Disturb
- ⚫ Offline

This requires the Discord Widget to be enabled in Settings → Integrations → Discord. The status updates every 60 seconds.
Staff permissions
Staff members can be given dashboard access from Staff → [Member] → Dashboard Access. See Team Access → for permission levels.
